 At one point, I ordered pizza, as we do in this great land of ours amen.  I noticed that if you ordered two eleven inch pizzas, the second was significantly discounted, so I ordered two identical eleven inchers.  The kid on the phone opined that a single seventeen inch pizza would . . . ()
